Do you deliver flowers in Athens?

What makes Pètale different from other flower shops?

How does the design process work?
Three taps: pick flowers and quantity, choose mixing style, then paper and knot. The 3D bouquet rebuilds live while you tune it, and you can orbit, zoom and play the cinematic tour before ordering.
Can I choose the flowers, colours and knot myself?
That's the whole point. Roses, eucalyptus, baby's breath, mixing style, paper colour and linen knot — all yours, in the app, in 3D.
What paper styles and knots can I choose?
Four wraps — matte, kraft, tissue and linen — each with its own colour range and fold behaviour, finished with a classic, double, loose or minimal linen knot. Every combination is rendered in real 3D, not a stock photo.
Is the 3D preview what I actually receive?
Yes. Our florist ties from your exact design file — same stem count, same colours, same wrap and knot. You can also export a photorealistic render to compare when it arrives.
How much does a bouquet cost?
Bouquets start from €25 and scale with stem count and wrap. The price updates live in the designer as you build.
Can I send flowers to Glyfada or the southern suburbs?
Yes. Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Alimos, Elliniko and Palaio Faliro all get free same-day delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Same-day for orders placed by 18:00, typically within 2-4 hours. You can also pick a delivery date and a time window at checkout.
How do I track or change an order?
You get a confirmation with your design link and delivery window. Until the bouquet is tied you can reply to change flowers, wishes or the address.
Do you deliver for weddings, events and corporate orders?
Yes — repeat designs, bulk quantities and weekly office deliveries all start from the same designer. Build one bouquet and we replicate it exactly.

What is the Forever QR card?
Every bouquet ships with a printed QR card. Scan it and your exact 3D bouquet plus your wishes open forever — the flowers live on after the stems don't.
What do I need to scan the Forever QR card?
Just a phone camera. Open the camera app, point it at the code and tap the link — no app, no account, no login. It works on iPhone and Android, and the link can also be typed in any browser.
What exactly is stored behind the QR code?
Your bouquet in interactive 3D — exact flowers, stem count, mixing style, paper colour and linen knot — plus your written wishes, the sender and recipient names, the date and a unique serial printed on the card.
Does the QR card need internet?
Yes, to open the 3D bouquet the phone needs a connection. The design itself is encoded in the link, so nothing is lost if you are offline — scan again later and it opens exactly the same.
What happens if I change phone or lose the card?
Nothing is tied to a device. The link works from any phone, tablet or laptop — bookmark it, screenshot it or send it to yourself. If the card is lost, we can reissue it from the serial number.
Can I edit the wishes or reprint the card later?
The printed card is fixed once it ships, but you can always generate a new card from the same design with updated wishes and print or share it yourself.
How long does the Forever QR card last?
Forever. The card carries a unique serial and a QR that always opens your 3D bouquet and your printed wishes — long after the real stems are gone.
